Billings Montana... Home Base
The Billings medical community serves a local population base of 200,000 and 400,000 in a four-state region. Two hospital, six clinics, two MRI centers and over 400 physicians serve the area.
Billings Clinic
"The Billings Clinic Hospital is located in the downtown medical campus. The 272-bed hospital includes a 14-suite Family Birth Center and a 15-bed Transitional Care Unit. Billings Clinic also owns and operates Aspen Meadows Retirement Community, a 90-bed facility located on Billings West End. Billings Clinic enjoys national accreditations for Level II Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and is a National Cancer Institute designated Cancer Center.
As a community-owned, not-for-profit health care organization, Billings Clinic’s mission is to provide health care, education and research for Billings and the region. Their unique medical foundation (“Mayo” -style model) brings together physician office and hospital services to deliver coordinated, quality care supported by digital radiology, telemedicine and an integrated EHR."
Deering Community Health Center
The Deering Community Health Center was expanded to serve as the residency's family practice center. This expansion provides a facility where all City/County Health Department programs are under one roof. Montana Family Medicine faculty and resident physicians serve as the center's primary care providers. The Deering Clinic is located within Yellowstone County Community Health Center.
